I notice that you don't even attempt to back up this ludicrous statement with any documentation.

I provided quotes supporting my contention. In the past, I've posted UNSCOM reports themselves describing Iraq's extensive efforts to avoid living up to the agreements they made at the end of the Gulf War. Yet you continue to lie about it. Obviously, your hatred of America is such you are willing to make propaganda on behalf of any enemy of America no matter how vile.

UNSCOM was a failure

The success of UNSCOM is dependant on the goals. Apparently the unwritten goal was that Saddam would be overthrown and that didn't happen. That is why our nation founders thought it best if rules were formally turned into laws instead of running things through winks and nods.
