True. Anecdotally, a r.e. agent told me she thought 80% of the over $500k home sales in Sacramento/El Dorado were to SF/SiliValley equity refugees.

No hard data yet, but it's no doubt a big percentage.

This flow of population keeps upward pressure on prices.
