The Wells notice was issued Oct. 23 which means that Martha has 30 days to show cause why she should not be charged in a civil action by the SEC. Unless something happens over that period, I would expect some weakness in the stock during the week of Nov. 18th. The one wild card is that the number of negative posts have declined on Yahoo. That indicates that the shorts may have started to give up on the stock given its comparative strength in the face of a wave of all the bad news. I'll get back in at $7.25 but this time the trading opportunities may be somewhat limited.
