A bit too bearish for my taste. I think the key is what Bush's people want to do with economic policy, continue to blame Clinton for all that went bad or develop some initiatives of their own.
It's my understanding that market-aide is on the way. Not a repeat of the '90s, by any stretch, but enough to frighten the Bears.
