guess Chaste is going to make me buy flood insurance even though I live on a hill -- I hope a derivative burns a hole in their hole ... looks like they have to give me a refund, if I can prove I live on a hill and not in a creek, but I don't think I get any interest on the money -- who'd a thunk it??
