Palestinians are not at war. They're not?? That's a new one on me... Just because declarations haven't been drawn up officially declaring a war doesn't mean that one is not going on. Vietnam was an undeclared war after all... And I would agree that Israel should discourage uniformed soldiers from traveling on civilian buses. However, I don't think any of that would have mattered. The bus still would have been bombed even if it was carrying nothing but Arab Israelis. But these buses are in Israel, so who has the right to dictate whether they can carry troops or not traveling to and from their duty assignments. Hawk
