This is the kind of claim you here from companies that know nothing about implementing enterprise software, at least at the high end. Like which companies? Chemdex, verticalnet- the b2b's. I remember when chemdex finally failed, the quote from the CEO was something like "there are a set of subtle, insurmountable challenges in our business that we underestimated... [and consequently our product never worked]... LOLOL wish I could find it now, it was a classic. All the traditional order cycle people were watching these b2b's try to build order management systems outside the enterprise. hmmmm. I'm talking about the vertical market b2b's, not the xml integration people who really just took the place of the x.12 mappers. Lizzie
