Oh, I get it -- Australia an evil ally of the Great Satan! That explains everything! Claiming that Islamists are blowing up Aussie and German tourists in Bali as a protest against America's Middle East policies -- which means America's support of Israel, front and center -- is a bit of a stretch, don't you think? you think AQ blew up Bali to defend the Palestinians? Mark Steyn's line comes to mind -- the more you try to rationally understand the Islamists' reasoning, the more you risk sounding just as nutty as they are. Or, as Egyptian playright Ali Salem puts it, "trying to understand such hatred with logic is like trying to measure distance in kilograms"
