In actually you are the criminal, since libel is a crime. Where did you read/hear the libel is a "crime" in the literal legal sense? And why are you bringing a 6-month old dispute here from another thread?

Hi Dave, I'm not sure how Godfrey libeled you but I would like to set one record straight. You were NOT posting any disclaimer that you were being compensated to hype this stock. It was not until you and I went round and round via PM that you did so, reluctantly. I still have all the PMs so my memory is clear on this. If you accuse someone of libeling you, please have your facts all lined up. JB PS .... didn't you make it clear here on SI that you were no longer involved with this company at a later date ? Why was that ? Why take credit for something you were not involved with ? I'm confused !
