The continuing saga – Part 8
Reformatted for easier reading – errors in the ‘original’ have not been corrected.

Q Well, I will represent to you that that is what has been received by this office and I'm asking you, is there anything beyond what is in that stack of documents that is responsive to request number two?

A Well, if you want me to go through all this and I can and tell me -- but, you know unless I take this pile home and compare it to what I have I don't know -- I don't know everything that's in here.

Q Have you, at any time -- strike that. So you're telling me it's possible have you
22 additional documents responsive to this request?

A It's possible but I don't know. I mean, a lot of things are possible.

Q How long --

MR. RICHTER: Well, David just for the record, I mean if there's supplemental production that's due, I will look into that, and --

THE WITNESS: Yeah.

MR. RICHTER: Obviously we have a duty to make a supplemental production, if a supplemental production is due.

MR. ARGENTAR: Okay. I'm requesting that pursuant to the rules supplement this production with any additional documents in your possession at that are responsive to any of the requests here and I'm reserving my right to read -- I'm reserving my right to redepose you on any additional documents that you produce.

THE WITNESS: Sure.

MR. ARGENTAR: That's responsive to this request.

BY MR. ARGENTAR:
Q You state that in number two in response to that you say copies of documents, postings responsive to this request are enclosed. This is response to number two. Can you tell me specifically which documents attached to your response to request -- the second request for production are responsive to request number two?

A Oh, boy I'd have to go through all this stuff, David. You know, it's a lot of stuff here. If you want me to take it home and do some homework, I can.

Q No, I want to you tell me what documents are responsive?

A Let's take a break and let me read this stuff. It will take hours. If I start now, I can probably be done by 2 or 3:00. Why don't you let me get on it and do it; how many pages is it total? It's -- how many pages do you know?

Q I have no idea.

A Looking from the size of this, it'd probably take me three, four hours.

Q Well, let's go through the documents.

A Sure.

Q Because I want to know what?

A Sure.

Q What documents have you to support your assertion that Mr. Marchese is affiliated with or is a member of organized crime?

A Well, number one I can tell you, Mr. Marchese is under investigation in Utah for a stock problem with the Genovese family. The name of the agent is agent Randy Kim. I've been assisting him with information about Richard Marchese. He was referred to he had from Stewart walls of the D.O.J. who is investigating Richard Marchese. Janice shell broke into my email, stole his name and contacted him, so he so he assigned agent Randy Kim to the -
Q No, it doesn't. How does it support your allegation that -- how does this document, if it does so at all support any assertion that Mr. Marchese is a member of or affiliated with organized crime?

A ADLP is one of the stocks that are in the intricate shell game of Richard Marchese's GMKT, which he's the owner/operator of Deak-Perera, even though his name is nowhere in the SEC filing. ADLP was manipulated online on Silicon Investor by the associates of Mr. Marchese, who are, by the way, posting right now on the Internet. We know that Mr. Nelbert, Mr. Jason Nelbert filed in the motion to quash that he was posting in conjunction with Janice Shell with me right now. So right away we have a group of people who are attacking me who are involved in the manipulation of stocks, and these stocks are traded by Deak-Perera Capital Markets. We know Elton Johnson, who is the broker for Amerivet, which is a front for Access Trade, which Joseph Piterra -- a front for access trade one. In fact, Richard Marchese said in his declaration filed in California vs. Tony McWell that Deak-Perera is his family business, and he the owner/operator, even
4 though he told the court here he's unemployed. He said he's the owner/operator of Deak-Perera Capital Markets. And Deak-Perera access trade one, GMKT's 11/99 10(s)(b) SEC filing, the beneficial owners of access trade one, which Joseph Piterra is Deak-Perera Capital Markets is Deak-Perera Capital Markets Signature Entertainment whose president is Marchese's wife Christina Christianson, Marchese's father. And Marchese is barred from the securities industry. So Marchese's Deak-Perera Capital Markets, according to this SEC filing, is supposed to be in London at of Richard Marchese and if -- you know if you really want the information on -- you know what they think about Mr. Marchese in organized crime, maybe I could refer you to Randy Kim and Stewart walls.
