Hardly, I haven't looked at the CRM products at oracle in a long time. Now that 11i is out and improved, its a whole new ballgame anyway. I'll say one thing for oracle- they have a contract management product on the 11i platform (Oracle contracts, I think its called) which is the only fully functional contract management solution from the big players. Some verticals like healthcare/life sciences (which happens to be running #2 in this bad mkt to government) really need complex contracts functionality. Siebel says they have it but they don't, this is according to meta group which has oracle #1. So there's something to indicate an improving CRM dept at oracle right there. L
