He was also the C.E.O. of Deak-Perera before the multi jurisdiction of B.K. sale, the multi jurisdictional B.K. sale of Deak-Perera, when Deak-Perera was closed down for using laundry services for drug cartels. The original Deak-Perera run by Nicolas Deak was a C.I.A. opens that also laundered money for the mob and drug cartels. Robert Leslie Deak is the son of Nicholas Deak, who was the owner. And he was also the C.E.O. of Deak-Perera. He was also the C.E.O. after the multi jurisdictional bankruptcy sale of Deak-Perera and this guy, Deak Perera, who you're saying -- who is suggesting that may be posing as Deak-Perera says he bought Deak-Perera just like your Richard Marchese. I don't see him being sued for saying that so I'm assuming it might be the same people since Marchese is not suing him unless for posing him other than you know of another Deak-Perera that was bought in the multi jurisdiction so Robert Leslie was involved in the Deak that was washing money through the companies currency exchanges for drug cartels. Q So that's how that connects to your claim? A Yes. Q That Marchese is a member of organized crime? A I didn't say he was a member I said he's affiliated with members in, organized crime. A If Robert Leslie Deak is the C.E.O. of Deak Perera and Richard Marchese owned Deak-Perera or bought the company from, in the multi jurisdictional or is on the Internet posting as -- or Robert Leslie Deak or Robbie Deak is on the Internet posting as Deak-Perera, if we're not going to play the game and say they're impostures just posing as all of these people, people just having fun that they're Marchese and his friends and they're not really these people if you're telling me it is not Robbie Deak and not Deak Perera capital markets I'm saying it is Robbie Deak and it is Deak-Perera capital markets, and if -- if -- if Deak-Perera was shut down, you know, went belly up because they were laundering money from their currency exchange for drug cartels I see that as a tie to organized crime. And wasn't Mr. Marchese indicted for money laundering himself. Q You're asking me a question? A Oh no, he was. Mr. Marchese was indicted for money laundering himself. So we see a company with a history of laundering money, even for the C.I.A. and for drug cartels and we see Mr. Marchese also indicted for money laundering. Q You -- you claim that supports your assertion that he's affiliated with organized crime? A No, I answered your question, Mr. Argentar. Q But I'm asking you another question. A Ask me the question again. Q You claim that Marchese's indictment for money launder's supports your claim that he is affiliated with organized crime? A No that's not what I said at all Mr. Argentar. Q I'm asking you the question. A I said that Robert Leslie Deak, okay, was the CEO of Deak-Perera before it went belly up in 1995. Robert Leslie Deak was the C.E.O. of Deak-Perera Capital Markets they went belly up because they were laundering money for drug cartels through their currency exchanges. The person posing as Richard Marchese that's not Richard Marchese or Robert Leslie Deak or Christina Christiansen or anyone living at 3100 The Strand, or the fictional Rick Marcassi, they're also Robert Leslie Deak was also the president -- was -- it's also involved in with Deak-Perera in the form of his pre1985 and post1985 if Richard Deak still involve or somebody posing as Robbie Deak. And if somebody is posing, I sure hope Robbie Deak sues them.
