I wouldn't mind being the testee. As I noted in an earlier post, it would have brought a lot of hidden dirty laundry out in to the open. Litigation tends to do that.

I do know the law on harassment. I have represented clients on both side of the fence, both those who have been accused of harassment and those who have accused others of harassment.

I'm quite satisfied that what I did wasn't. Even assuming you can get by the primary question of whether it's even possible to harass an alias. Which would have been a pretty serious initial hurdle to get over.
