Flows: Oct 23
Equity Funds report net cash inflows of $375 Million for the week ended 10/23/02 - with most domestic sectors reporting inflows, while non-domestic sectors report outflows.
International Equity Funds report outflows ($733 Million) from all emerging and developed regions, except Latin America.
Taxable Bond Funds report the first outflow of 2002 - with most coming from Government Funds investing in Treasuries and Mortgages, as well as Investment Grade & High Quality Corporate Bond Funds. High Yield Funds report the largest inflow in 8 weeks ($425 Million).
Money Market Funds report inflows ($5.3 Billion); while Tax-Exempt Money Market Funds report the 2nd consecutive week of outflows.
Municipal Bond outflows total $978 Million - the largest redemption since 2/26/97.
