Read the history of the dark ages, corresponds with the golden age of the church. Protestants and Catholics took turns torturing each others followers. Religion for the most part has it's history written in spilled blood. Mere puppets acting on the rally call of the puppetmaster governments. I have no doubt that the southern baptists and all the other like minded born-againers are ready to carry on the tradition, in my mind making them as much a disgrace to God as the medieval church. Onward to the 21 century crusades.
