Dave, the main point here is that you come back some 6 months later now that this stock is up. Wanna medal ? I never accused you of a thing that you haven't admitted publicly; namely, that you were compensated to promote this stock. Answer a few questions since you're out to make an issue of this, if you don't mind. Why after my public posts to you regarding your PAID involvement to promote this stock on SI, did I receive PMs from folks on your thread ( still there today ) who followed you into this stock and told me they had NO idea you were being paid to promote it ? Are you stating you expressly stated your involvement in each of your posts or insinuating SI members are simply stupid ? Why did you cease involvement with HQNT ? Why did you threaten me privately with legal action for posting publicly what you apparently say you made so clear in each of your posts ? Lastly, if this stock were back in the toilet, would we have ever heard about it again ? JB

Here is what I believe was your first post dated 4/9 on HQNT. Please point out your statement clearly identifying that you were being compensated to promote this stock. Message 17304487 Also, you stated that your involvement was clearly buried in your header as of 4/9; yet the above post contains this statement ... "I mentioned this before and it is up about 10 cents from where I mentioned." So, in anticipation of receiving free shares when you signed a contract on 4/9, were you already hyping it prior to 4/9 ? Thanks ... JB PS .... remember Dave, you came back 6 months later to start this crap, not I.
