yikes! they got cell phones too???? i actually processed a contract with a govt agency for the first time a couple of years and was paid with a government issued visa card..it wasn't a huge amount but in the mid thousands... we loved it...got our payment in days instead of the usual months they take... when i got the info from the procurement officer...the card was in his name...have to wonder about his credit limit was they can pretty much buy whatever (until they get caught if used fraudulently)
