Monaco also exists under the protection of France, correct? It uses French currency too, if I'm not mistaken. Does it conduct its own foreign affairs?

Probably not. Monaco does not meddle in other countries' internal/external affairs, does not bully them into exempting its citizens from global courtrooms, etc. In short, nobody hates this country enough to overcome their disgust in causing hundreds of dismembered bodies.

But then, who the hell even notices Monaco exists? Of course Monaco doesn't "meddle in other countries' internal/external affairs". What are you gonna do, huff and puff and stomp your little feet if nobody listens? Really, get serious. You can't even compare Monaco to the United States. Or any nation larger than Lichtenstein, for that matter.

Indonesia didn't "meddle" either. Didn't prevent terrorists from committing mass murder on Indonesian soil.
