I think there's evidence of accumulation, but for the rally to continue, you need to have people to be willing to pay higher prices, and so far there's not much evidence of that. An expansion of volume and new highs above Dow 8500 would do the trick, I think.

There's no question it's a bear market rally, IMHO. The only question is whether it lasts 6 weeks or 6 months.
