I do like veal, but have never had it marsala. What is it? Generally, my rule is the more ingredients the worse. I like things as close to the way nature made them as is reasonable. Of course there are some combinations that are necessary, and some that really work nicely -- you need a bunch of ingredients for bread, stew, cake, etc. But when restaurants go sticking all kinds of things in dishes that don't belong there, like capers and that sort of junk, I'm outta there. I'm very boring to cook for. But also very easy to cook for.
