Larry, I agree with all the above. I don't think the above is worth $20. I can see trading this stock but I question why you think it is a solid investment. The did beat expectation with less of a loss. Their "favorable" outlook is for a better than 10% increase in revenues but 10% iis hardly worth getting excited about at these valuation, And, they say nothing about having a "net" profit next year. On top of all of this they are "insolvent" as their liabilities greatly exceed their assets by $1.5 billion.

I think the key to AMZN's so called "earnings" is the phrase>>>PRO-FORMA

someday they may well have actual profits
but then one needs to put a multiple on that figure
you might find the resulting stock price to be something less than desired
