so they don't include short sellers. so all of those neutral and bullish folks that started short selling aren't counted? is short selling not bearish anymore?

also, if you chart out the index difference between the ameritrade index and the nasdaq composite, it's totally opposite. i don't know what that means.

if you look at it though, they buy the dips and sell the rallys.
