DOVP has got to be unlocked by now, yes. I think I made a case for the 22nd a number of posts back, but couldn't be later than yesterday. No elephants there or anywhere else in BLUE H land. The latter continues to surprise me. Only four window dressing days left for the mutual funds. As to the former, I haven't looked closely at the structure of the deal. Perhaps fewer trigger happy VC in the DOVP deal versus earlier BLUE H deals?
