I have never been able to sit through one show. I saw one while I was home recovering from some surgery that was about women who felt betrayed because their mothers slept with their boyfriends. I fell asleep after about ten minutes....and I don't think it was all as a result of the Percocet I was taking.

On further reflection, what kind of defense is it to attack another person's family? Is it the "My family is screwed up but so is yours" defense? Is it the "My family is not screwed up because I say yours is screwed up" defense? I'm failing to see the efficacy of it. Offensively it just looks stupid. And defensively it looks stupid and reactionary. I'm trying to imagine who would take it seriously. In other words, not only is it a creepy tactic, but it doesn't seem like it would work either.
