CH has made several statements along the lines of 3D litigation. In fact he has invited it in regards to his personal conflict here. I am confused by what is going on now, unless that was some sort of bluff.

If your attitude is known, then fine, it amounts to explicit, if general, permission. Otherwise, no, I do not think you have a right to post it. Someone would have to be fairly diligent to piece together your information. That remains a substantial protection against casual abuse of the information.......

didn't you rake Cobalt Blue over the coals for doing that a long time ago? Wasn't this exactly what happened? As I remember you turned her in for a TOU infraction. Hmmmm....

Perhaps I will research this. Maybe it was some other lawyer who had a hissy fit about being outed.
