There is no link. It didn't take place on the public threads, though the offense for which you volunteered to be the attorney did. Reminder: A reference by someone to someone else's drinking habits was involved. Why am I bothering? You deny that you threatened to sue me! Because you used words that you could claim meant that unbeknownst to us, you had in mind some other, secret, plan of harmful action and for which you were sending us FIRST NOTICE, SECOND NOTICE warnings. So who knows, probably lawyerspeak was used then, too. The problem with using "word play" to facilitate denial when it's convenient is that everybody learns how your mind works and you lose credibility. CH has that problem, too. It's one reason I'd like to stop talking to you. There's no genuine there there so much of the time. Not always, but too often to make it worth the candle.
