Q Okay, well, what paradigm are you referring to? Is that something different than the new world order?

A The paradigm of stock manipulation, the Internet and organized crime.

Q Okay and Mr. Marchese is a part of that?

A According to the public documents which I cite, whatever public documents are available about Mr. Marchese, I probably sourced, and we can go through them one -- if you could show me one by one, we'll look at them.

Q You say the paradigm of documents manipulation the organized crime, I asked you if Mr. Marchese is a part of that?

A I answered your question, Mr. Argentar. Mr. Marchese is a notorious penny stock figure. He's been barred from the securities industry. He owns -- he's the owner/operator, by his own admission of Deak-Perera Capital Markets. The Reagan Commission on organized crime called Deak-Perera one of the biggest money laundering outfits of all time. In fact, Richard Marchese has been indicted for money laundering. The CO of Deak-Perera, Robert Leslie Deak, is the financial campaign director of the Jakalsky office of the IBT. Jarad Nash gave testimony that that office was laundering money for the DNC, and onward and onward and onward. Can I get some water?

MR. RICHTER: Yes. Yes. Why don't we take a break?

THE WITNESS: Here you can just had it to me or just do it. Thank you. Thank you.

MR. ARGENTAR: We've got two minutes left on this videotape. It is about 11:30. I don't care if we break now for lunch, or if you want to keep on going for a little bit more. But he's going to have to change tapes so we'll have to take a little bit of a break right now if you want to make a lunch break that's fine.

MR. RICHTER: Do you want to break for lunch.

THE WITNESS: That's fine. I can go through with no break and just finish.

MR. RICHTER: Do you want to keep going? Let's keep going. But we'll stop for the tape now.

MR. ARGENTAR: Let's take five minutes.

THE VIDEOGRAPHER: Okay going off the record at 11:30 a.m. at the conclusion of tape one in the deposition of Gary Dobry.
(Recess taken from {time} {a.m.|p.m.} to {time} {a.m.|p.m.})
