jpg, stay on target on those goals. You know I can get on my bandwagon about that so I'm not going to here now.

I will say that it's not easy, but if one has a strong life plan, with challenging goals, short and long term, it sure helps guide where you want to go and what you want to accomplish.

Steady the course my Friend. Stay on target and be aggressive about it. Don't compromise. Easy to let your guard down. Don't do it. That's where many fail.

No Debt. 40 may be a bit optimistic...

i did it when i was 18. if you have a net-worth
in the black you're already there.

it's relative.

debt can be a wise business decision that gets you ahead
or it can be a foolish expenditure that makes you a
prisoner.

if you don't use debt, you don't use leverage.
only use debt to finance appreciating ventures
and only to the extent that it does not exceed
your tolerance for risk.
