Until valuations go as far below historical norms as they went above it during the bubble.

While people invest based on "this is already the longest bear market" or, "the stock has come down from 52 to 10" we are still in a bubble.

How far a stock or market has come down since a ridiculous peak is irrelevant. What is relevant is the vast misallocation of capital that existed, and the damage that was done to business and careers as a result.
