I just did my normal thing of getting positioned too early. I don't see that there is any question that we have a rising wedge working. And this rally was a classic bear market rally. Only difference is that this one has more air underneath it than most.

What I am seeing is that the four letter stocks are stronger than the three letter stocks. That says that the speculative money came back. Usually the hallmark of the tail end of a rally.

I really don't have too much doubt that the wedge will break down. My only question is whether we will do a halfway jobber like we did off the July lows, or if we just keep on going to new lows.

I think a key to this is that interest rates yields have already topped and dropped.
