I think the issue between Russia and the USA with regard to an attack on Iraq is more centered around the fact that Iraq owes Russia money. However, now we know the Koreans have Nuclear weapons (and from the sounds of things the delivery system to launch them) I think that will be the driving force behind Russias future cooperation.
