I would add that Russia had better ignore the financials and go along with an attack on IRaq. Iraq may owe them money but Russia is going to need more economic help from us in the future. There is also another issue in finding nukes, and other products needed to build nukes in former regions of what was the Soviet Union. The world will not be safe until those have all been seized and accounted for. Those products pose a huge threat to everyone but are located in Russias backyard. They're going to need our help.
