The current situation keeps millions afraid of law enforcement and in a minor form of enslavement, which is good for neither slave or slavemaster. It can't be that bad for the slave master. The poultry and textile industries recruit on the border. They know exactly what they're doing. This is "non-union" at it's best, people afraid to complain.
