I'm not trying to equate the two beyond both being violations of established law to which a similar defense has been advocated. Ha ha, yah, right, just like the equations that that incompetent senile old fart of a judge Jackson postulated regarding Gates. Perhaps you'd like to respond with that as a stipulation. I stipulate nothing. I offered an opinion as to how I thought MSFT should have reacted to the whole anti-trust jihad and posted an article written by someone who expressed an opinion similar to my own.
