But it doesn't hurt either one of us for them to pretend that. They pretend so much else that isn't true, they live in a land of illusions from which there is no point in trying to rescue them.

When I said "I saw them" I was referring to the posts. I did see some PMs, but they were addressed to me. In one case, the existence of a PM I did not see could be inferred.
