For reasons of your own, you failed to disclose that until late today. Now I'd like to hear you say that it never occurred to you that that would be our interpretation when you wrote your threatening email and the FIRST NOTICE, SECOND NOTICE warnings. Say that. Say, "It never occurred to me that my message would be interpretable as a threat to sue. I sure wouldn't have implied that on purpose!" Say it. C'mon baby, say it say it.
