Libby, max pain on TGT is irrelevant.
There are never enough options on it.

What is odd is I had the same debate on my board on the FOOL.
Everyone seems to like to shop at TGT.
I looked at the debt and the chart and those were my only considerations. I would bet Jorj would only look at the chart and nothing else would matter. I always want to know why. In the long run FA always matters. In the short term nothing but the TA does. But right now I prefer to have the FA on my side.

The plain facts are that TGT is not expanding profitably. Unless my cash flow is wrong, those are the facts. Its dividend which I did not see but just looked up is not that significant at .76% Money given to communities is irrelevant and has no basis for either a TA or FA argument.

Everyone is loyal to those stores so it seems, and I am sure some real bargains are to be had at the end of this bear but I can not put any price tag on TGT right now that would make me want to buy it.
