When I first started my DD on this stock (about a year ago) I went back through every post on SH, and later, every post on SI. It took about a month - and it was very revealing - especially about the posters, themselves: equally about DMX, of course. Bookmarks were made of all posts that related to important matters - WF10, Pennsaid, patents, FDA, HC, Provalis and the UK, Acqua, etc. The communication problem became apparent, but I hoped (and posted) that as DMX approached approvals, and prepared for the marketing and distribution phase - that this problem would be recognized and addressed. This has been a corporate "failure of policy and procedure". There are reasons to believe that DMX has got the message, and that we'll see an improvement in this regard. Will potential new IR people have to fight with RK to adequately inform investors? Will they be doomed to failure? I don't know. I note that RK has backed off, a bit, from her confident prediction of a NASDAQ listing. From the standpoint of simple disclosure, and corporate transparency, that will be unfortunate. It's for sure that DMX never can list on NASDAQ as long as it continues its secretive ways: much more disclosure is needed. Until we see it, NASDAQ is just talk. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Likely, the posters who have contributed their DD did so out of generosity, and a genuine interest in the subjects. They were probably happy to post; I know I was. But here's the thing: these are people who will spend months buying a house, weeks researching a new TV set, or a car. When they go to the grocery store, they check the eggs, to see if any are broken. But when it comes to DMX, there are people who have $100,000 invested, and they don't even know how WF10 works! When a BS artist like russett comes on the thread, comparing Pennsaid to patches and other topicals with their systemic effects, they don't even know that he's talking through his hat: because Pennsaid avoids the systemic delivery that other topicals use. The point is that the info is out there: the posts explaining the microtubule delivery system, complete with animated diagrams are there for anyone to see, and use. Many investors have busy lives, and don't have the time to research, in depth. That's understood. But the resources of those who have done the research, and have shared it - are there for everyone. And I think that di7026, Mark, and many others would be only too happy to see their excellent DD, their painstaking research and knowledge - being used by investors. But after the same old questions get asked, after the hundredth time, they get tired of responding - and I don't blame them. Nobody minds doing the DD, or posting it for others: sometimes, it's fun. What's fascinating is that people with a significant investment, a good part of their life savings - just ignore it. But will they check for broken eggs at the grocery? You bet! Go figure. Regards, Jim
