I keep hearing this run to the elections talk over and over from the massmedia oracle. One slant is it always happens. Another is if the Repubs take Congress, they will support not taxing dividends.(What dividends? Mining companies?) <g> Another popular take is that two years into a presidential term always turns a market up. So their you have it, who needs TA. The talking heads have this one figured out.
BUT: Maybe "THEY" will surprise this time.
