<<There are some dangerous times to buy property>>

Really?

There might some dangerous times NOT to buy it as well, such as when interest rates drive it up beyond the buyer's comfortable range of affordability.

Or when one doesn't plan to live out one's life in the same home or simply own it long-term.

I'd say the most dangerous time to buy it is when it can't be paid for or lived in/rented out to someone else, for a long time. And when, exactly, is that on a universal judgment scale?

Seems to me that people who spend more time timing a real estate buy than trying to plan for the next couple or several decades are wasting their resources. But what do I know?
