Well, Bush got authority from Congress recently to use force against Iraq. And he's working on the UN approval. I expect inspections will be given a chance before any force is used. It doesn't seem like totalitarianism to me.

Inspectors should be there right now. Clearly, the threat is not as urgent as claimed.
