Hi Hoa Hao, I should have draft of scrip ready soon, and when I do, will certainly pin your mailbox so as to realize the errors of my plans. On the nuke issue, I have the feeling that (a) it doesn't have to work perfectly, (b) be terribly accurate, and (c) it isn't worried about being found in a container. In fact, if I were the inspect, I would worry about finding one, noticing first the cellular phone attached to the strange looking device. HK is worried about fertilizer bombs in crowded bars now, as we are a target rich environment, but I am instead worried all the containers transiting our harbour, or even one that is 200 km offshore.
