The many "Minorities" they imply will fuel the housing boom will have no problem walking away from their loans and going back home.

And if anybody thinks Ashcroft and Company are going to let in foreigners like the Clinton Administration, they've got another thing coming.

I know many minortiies who have qualified and bought luxury cars, immediately turned around and sold the cars, and went back to their countries and live like kings.

If they ever need to come back, they'll drive the taxicab and send the cash home.

On a higher level, ask most H1B's and they'll gladly go back to India for $12k a year instead of being treated like sh!t here making $60k.

In conclusion, it seems the foundation of the "coming" housing boom is already on shaky ground.
