All the more reason, I contend, that the Russian authorities should have mentioned if there was an antidote or any other kind of preferred resuscitation. But they care a sh1t. Anyway, every day we learn of one horror situation worse than the one before. The terrorists terrorize the governments and the governments terrorize the terrorists. Oh, I forgot to mention that in each instance innocent people have to die in order to see who has the worse terrorism.
