Ah, actually it depends on GDP data and the employment data which will be coming out this week.

I think the next worry point (for the longs) is whether a positive GDP and labor report will cause the Fed to raise rates. I also think that unless the Fed quickly dispels such speculation, any upward rally will be limited. To say NASDAQ 1700. Still, the current shorts will get badly singed. To the great delight of the long suffering longs.
