Pearly, I'm becoming convinced that many of the media types who keep writing about the so-called "housing bubble" are those who are NOT sleeping calmly at night.

I cracked up one day a few weeks ago when that pit bull terrier Steve Liesman (sp?) of the Wall Street Journal, who appears in the morning on CNBC, said in an authoritative tone that "I covered real estate for four years in Florida....those builders are going to over-build...it always happens......"

I'm going to keep listening to wise old Steve and see if he's right. (provided CNBC keeps him on the air)
