If CSCO closes at its low today, it will give a solid sell signal. JNPR that I consider as the secondary stock to CSCO in their industry did not follow the upward move and it actually moved back to the down side in last few sessions.

JNPR move to the down side in a bear market brings CSCO down as well,IMO.
