diesel dude-

isn't diesel already a bio product? (fossil remains?)
seems like the worst thing about these fuels
is not their origin but the "burning" process.

i saw a tiny 10 second blurb on TV last week
saying that los almos scientists had discovered
a chemical process that would allow these coal
burning power plants we have here in the southwest
to extract the energy (heat) from the coal without
burning and without emissions. they said it was even
more efficient energy-wise than burning. i wonder
if this process would work with other fossil fuels?

have you or anyone heard anything of this?
