Gottfried,

That is the exact same Linksys hardware items that I am using and mine works great also. Installed it last January and I have had no problems.

Their phone support was great when I had a few minor problems with the installation due to my lack of computer skills.

Gottfried or anyone that can help...

My solitaire game quit working. Once before that happened and I had to down load it again. I thought I did it from Microsoft but can't seem to find the right download page. Can anyone give me a link?

I'm lost without my solitaire because I love playing it to get my mind off the markets when it's down.....lol

PS....I looked on my Win 98 disk and can't seem to find it there either.

G,

I'm trying to find the cheapest (and fastest) solution for getting digital photos from my hard disk to Costco where I can have reasonably good quality 4x6 prints on archival paper for 20 cents each. I have a Sony Viao laptop with both firewire, USB 1.0 port, and PCMCIA type II slot all available. I'm not ready to shell out hundreds of dollars for a good external CD burner at this time, but Costco accepts flash memory cards, of which I own both a 64 meg and 128 meg. So, is it better to give Amazon $8 for the PCMCIA CF adaptor or $16 for the USB CF reader (and writer)? The available PCMCIA slot is only a fraction of an inch below the other PCMCIA type II slot which is currently being used by my D-Link wireless modem. Will this be a problem hotswapping the CF card, which is easily done with the USB card reader?

Quick question..

I have 2 desktops that I want to link (and I also want a physical firewall I guess because one of the PC is hardly used).. Can I use cables to link them through 11S4 or do I need wireless cards.. Reason for going with 11S4 would be to later get a lap top and use the wireless link.. I went though the Linksys web site and although it is one of the best I have seen in terms of describing products, still left me with question as to whether I should go for 11S4 or SR41..

p.s. here in Canada price difference between the two is about 60-75 bucks..

Thanks..
