First you claimed that there are examples of Black racism towards Blacks which involve "....The division between field slaves and house slaves tended to be drawn along the same lines, lighter skinned blacks in the household, darker skinned blacks in the fields...."
Now you claim that this division of labor was based on cultural and familial grounds.
The use of specific(none racist) reasons for division of labor is still racism when used as a support for slavery(by those who practice it).

Without documentation of Black use of division of labor based on these concepts places your discussion in a poor light.
